No, you need a forwarder or Personal Shopper. Get in touch with us, and we will recommend a partner for you.

What is the GMV Envios' operating hours?

We operate during Miami's business hours, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

I live in Miami, can I make a personal delivery?

Yes, we accept personal deliveries at Home DeliveryBR from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

What are the payment methods?

We accept various forms of payment, and the balance is credited within 2 hours of receipt during our operating hours.

How does the return of boxes blocked in Brazil work?

Since February 2022, the Brazilian Federal Revenue has authorized the return of blocked boxes. The process varies according to the modalities and is subject to approval by the Federal Revenue. All the details are specified in our Terms and Conditions.
